A dripper's vertical groove that stabilizes the extraction and brings out the bean's taste. The vertical groove carved in the ORIGAMI dripper was created to calculate the optimal extraction time, not too early or too late, when drip. A number of grooves secure the air path between the dripper and the paper. This stabilizes the flow speed and supports extraction with the optimal steaming time.

ORIGAMI's dripper was made with Mino ware, which has a 400-year history. Ceramics have a high thermal conductivity and are the best material for steaming. In addition, by using a clean“conical structure”, it takes longer time for soot powder to soak in hot water and absorbs moisture firmly. The flour swells with a rich fragrance, allowing you to carefully draw out the original charm of the beans.
